Please check that your Skype works well before the class -problems can be caused by slow broadband speeds, and faulty microphones and webcams.
Planning a Skype Lesson:
Please email/text/call to arrange a time and date for the lesson. Once you have made the payment the time slot will be reserved. Please send your Skype ID, or, if preferred, we can use another online video-call platform.
Natasha/the trainer is mainly based in London -(occasionally Dubai). If you are in another time zone and unsure of time differences please use this link to plan a time to call or Skype. Office hours are between 10am-7pm (though some evenings so up to 9.30pm may be fine):
Payment must be received (e.g. via PayPal) 24 hours before the session.
If payment is not received the session will be cancelled and your time slot offered to someone else.
If you are late logging in to your session, it will still finish at the agreed time - extra time will not be added.
Refunds will be given if I fail to log in for the session.
No refunds will be given if you fail to log in for your agreed class (as I will have kept the time free, set up and turned away other clients).
A poor internet connection can happen through no fault of your own, or my own, some allowances for both parties are made for this (re numbers 3, 4 & 5) as long as it is unforeseen.
It is the client's responsibility to make sure everything is set up properly before the session (check the microphone works, you've installed Skype correctly, etc) -time wasted doing this during lesson time will still count as the lesson time.
